The Cool Flash Pad recharges itself automatically within 15-20 minutes of non-use. The cooling gel is non-toxic bio-degradable and is held intact with a sturdy nylon covering.

The Cool Flash Pad is very easy to use. Simply place the pad on top of your mattress (or under your sheet if you prefer) so that it's placed right under the area you feel the hottest. In cases where you feel extreme heat it may be necessary to have a second mat and rotate the mats for maximum cooling.
